As the founding lead designer, I shaped the end-to-end experience across the consumer app, the provider web administration, and the system admin itself - all under a cohesive design system. Pocket Films is an AI-powered platform connecting filmmakers and production teams with creative service providers.

As the sole designer, I worked with the lead data scientist and doctor to design the clinical interface and helped implement it, with code assistance to ensure design parity. Metadvice is a global healthcare technology company that combines AI and patient records to enable a future where everyone can live longer, healthier lives.

I established the Keystone design system from scratch (the tokens, Figma libraries, and React front-end) and rebuilt the SaaS platforms on top of it. Smart Pension is a retirement platform serving over 1 million users and £10billion AUM, now running the same system across the UK, Ireland, and beyond.

Alongside Dr. Harry Brignull, I designed and built the site to bring his book, examples library, and his decade of work into one place online. Deceptive Patterns is a comprehensive resource exposing and educating about deceptive patterns in user interfaces.
